Pneumatic system for diversion of drill
cuttings
The "DIVERTECH" is a compact,
easy to install accessory for any kind of drill rig. The patented
"Flow - thru - boot" expands (10 psi) from the "DIVERTECH"
spool to form a seal against the ground or rock face allowing cuttings
to be diverted through a flow line, with or without casing in the
borehole.
"DIVERTECH" offers the following advantages:
- Dust and rock chip control
- Safety of rig operations
- Improved bit life and penetration rate
- Easy and safe sampling of drill cuttings
- Drill cuttings can be immediately deposited in an appropriate
container for faster and total disposal.

ROTATING DIVERTER SERIES 2000
The Diverter series 2000 is a low profile Rotating
Control Head designed for Top-Drive rigs. The frictional enagement
between the drill string and stripper rubber rotates the control
head with the drill string sealing off the well bore contrinuously
while diverting all cuttings and debris. The unit is designed to
be used with our Part # 2010 stripper rubber and can seal off from
2" to 5" drill steel.

NON-ROTATING DIVERTER
Non rotating Diverter is ideal for use on TopDrive
rigs where drill pipe is to be rotated inside stripper.
It safely diverts all drill cuttings away from the rig and personnel.

The Diverter can be manufactured with any desired inlet or outlet
flange. Used with #4010 rubbers, it will handle from 2" to
