Characteristics: Composite
rods consisting of fragments of SINTERED TUNGSTEN CARBIDE in a ductile
matrix of nickel-silver alloy.
Application: Oxy-acetylene
welding on downhole reamers, openers, milling tools, fishing tools,
overshots, coring tools.
Standard Mesh Sizes: Cutting
grade 2/4 - 4/6 - 8/12 mm.
5/10 Kg. packages available

Characteristics: Special
pre-alloyed tube filled with coarse grain fused TUNGSTEN CARBIDE,
for special hardfacing application of machine parts
Applications: For hardfacing
unalloyed and low alloyed steels (cast steel) with a maximum content
of carbon of 0.5%. Used for hardfacing of tools and machine parts
in the mining industry, petroleum industry, road construction and
excavation field.

Characteristics: Is a flexible
wire on reel, consisting of a thick composition made up of grains
of cast tungsten carbide with a high grade Ni alloy, held around
a core of pure, small diameter (1.2 ÷ 1.5 mm) nickel wire.
Applications: Oxyacetylene
torch hardfacing on stabilizer blades, rock bit shoulders, drag
bit blades, tool joints and in general all drilling tools.
Availability: Cable reel
of 15 Kg or 20 Kg.
Size: Ø 4 - 6 - 8
