Line lubricator for DTH hammers |

 The
use of line lubricator is of extreme importance for an optimum operating
efficiency of a downhole hammer, since it prevents the main causes
of deterioration and premature failure of the hammer.
Made up of a sturdy tank having 20/22 litre capacity-20 BAR working
pressure - provided with a 2" air inlet assembly from compressor.
Through a Venturi pipe system provided with a regulating valve,
dosage of lubrificating oil is made.
The assembly is complete with interception valve, check valve, and
coupling for foam inlet with bayonet-joint.
For a correct lubrication, a specific oil for pneumatic tools must
be used with 10-30 or 50 SAE grade viscosity, according to drilling
and climatic conditions, we suggest the AGIP ASPC-100 rock
oil, normally in stock in our warehouse.
