 Manufactured
in a wide variety of downhole percussion bits for all popular hammers.
Each manufacturing stage of the bits, from forging to button insertion,
is made with modern methods and stringent quality control standards.
Bits are available in three designs each for a specific type of
formation.
The "RockBuster" design is the Ultimate button bit innovation,
that has shown a a great versatility with fast penetration rates
and exceptional resistance and durability.
 "THE
ROCK BUSTER"
Bits manufactured in alloy steel of a special grade with
"Heavy Duty" tungsten carbide inserts for rock having
more than 20.000 psi compressive strength. As clearly shown in the
picture, the circumferential buttons have a larger diameter, and
the special chipways are engineered to allow maximum hole cleaning
and penetration. It's a unique kind of bit with very special features.
Available button bits with TCI buttons on shoulders "WEAR PADS"
for very abrasive formations drilling operations.

 It
may sometimes be necessary to drill a large hole employing a small
hammer.
Hole openers are splined for all popular hammers in a wide range
of sizes. Pilot diameter is 1/8" less than nominal pilot hole
diameter.
Tungsten carbide buttons on the cutting face and carbide gauge buttons
on the pilot face provide faster cutting.
