The Air Lift pumping system is a pump that has low suction and moderate discharge of liquid and entrained solids. The pump injects compressed air at the bottom of the discharge pipe which is immersed in the liquid. The compressed air mixes with the liquid causing the air-water mixture to be less dense than the rest of the liquid around it and therefore is displaced upwards through the discharge pipe by the surrounding liquid of higher density. Solids may be entrained in the flow and if small enough to fit through the pipe, will be discharged with the rest of the flow at a shallower depth or above the surface.
Bailers
Flat Valve Bailers are used to remove cuttings from the hole. When the bailer is lowered into the hole the Flat valve opens to permit the intake of water and cuttings. The bailer is then surfaced and set down to release the contents.
Casing Scraper
The Casing Scraper incorporates blades assembly and is used to remove scale and debris from the internal surface of a casing string. Generally run on tubing or drill pipe, casing scrapers are routinely used during workover operations to ensure that the wellbore is clean before reinstalling the completion string.
Casing Swage
Casing Swages are an economical method of repairing collapsed casing. The swage can also be used as drift prior to running production tools to ensure no restriction down hole. The swage has a shallow taper on the bottom end to allow for efficient swagging and a taper on the top for easy entry into tight spots on the return trip.
Rock bits
Manufactured with superior quality steel, advanced technologies, designed for use with compressed air or fluid circulation systems.
Regular and Jet circulation available.
Cutting structures allow optimum penetration rates and long runs even in the most difficult and abrasive formations.
Weight on the bit is distributed through a five part anti-friction bearing matched and ground with precision to tolerances of ± 0,0002″.
Critical areas on the external portion of the bit are protected with tunsten carbide alloy hardfacing.

When drilling hard and abrasive formations with tooth type rock bits, an excessive wear of the teeth may occur. It is necessary in such cases to use tungsten carbide insert rock bits. A specified in the next table of drilling parameters, more weight must be given when drilling with T.C.I. rock bits in order to obtain a major compression effect on hard rock being drilled.

Drag Bits
Drag bits are available in both “Step” and “Chevron” configurations. Manufactured with high quality alloy steel, the blades are reinforced with tungsten carbide inserts.
These bits perform best in softer, unconsolidated formations (limestone sandstone – marl).
Widely used in mining, construction, exploration and water well drilling applications.

Lost in the hole drag bits
Lost in the hole drag bits are meant for special jobs when the drag bit is welded or screwed in a tube of the same diameter and the drilling rig drills up to the necessary depth.
When the job ends the drag bit and the tubes remain in the hole.
Replaceable drag bits
Used in a variety of formations and drilling applications, the replaceable blade feature allows flexibility in blade selection and easy replacement. Available in sizes from 3-7/8″ Chevron & Step through 5-5/8″ Chevron and 6-1/4″ Step. The total unit consists of a set of blades, head & bowl, and adaptor sub in a variety of pin sizes and options.
Blade Hole Opener
Designed to be used in soft/medium formations. It is a low cost method of fast penetration for large holes.
Jet grouting drag bits
These drag bits are meant for jobs of opening Jet Gruoting columns when cement is injected with pressures from 100-600 bars.
injectors can have several sizes as 45° for horizontal jet(tunnels)m or 90° for vertical or sloping jet.
“PDC” Blade Bit
A blade bit reinforced with circular plates of synthetic polycrystalline diamond for soft/medium drilling formation, greater cut resistance, increased durability.
3 Point calipers
Tri point calipers are tools ideal for measuring Rock Bits , Hole Stabilizer ,Roller Reamers , etc.The calipers are available in 6 models that cover ranges from 80mm to 1050mm
